• Action items and progress tracking data

2.3 Uploaded Documents

You may upload marketing materials, business documents, and other files to provide context for your strategy. These documents are stored securely and used only to inform your marketing strategy.

2.4 Website Analysis

With your permission, we analyze your company's public website to gather context for your discovery interview. This analysis is performed once and stored to inform the AI's understanding of your business.

2.5 Payment and Billing Data

When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not directly collect or store your full credit card number, bank account details, or other sensitive payment credentials. Stripe collects this information directly and provides us with limited data including:

• Your Stripe customer identifier
• Subscription status, plan tier, and billing period dates
• The last four digits of your payment method (for display purposes)
• Invoice and payment success/failure events

We also track your feature usage (such as Bijou message counts and web search counts) to enforce plan limits and display usage information on your dashboard.

2.6 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use our service, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.

3. How We Use Artificial Intelligence

Transparency Notice: SuperiorStrategy.ai uses artificial intelligence to provide our core services. It is important you understand how your data interacts with AI systems.

3.1 AI Processing

We use Anthropic's Claude API to power our discovery interviews, marketing audits, and strategy generation. When you interact with our AI features, your input is sent to Anthropic's servers for processing.

3.2 AI Provider Data Handling

Anthropic, our AI provider, maintains the following data practices:

• No model training: Anthropic does NOT use API data to train their AI models
• Limited retention: API logs are retained for approximately 30 days for trust and safety purposes
• No human review: Your data is not reviewed by humans unless there is a safety or abuse concern

3.3 AI-Generated Content

Strategic plans, recommendations, and analyses generated by our AI are created based on your input and general marketing knowledge. These outputs are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation.

• Tavily: Web search for Bijou's market research capabilities (Professional and Enterprise tiers)
• ElevenLabs: Text-to-speech for voice features (optional)
• Vercel: Application hosting and deployment

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and security practices. We have selected providers with strong security and privacy standards.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
